About ITI
ITC - Industrial Training Institutes
ITI is established by the Directorate-General for Employment and Training (DGET), the Ministry of Skills Development and Entrepreneurship, and the Government of the Union to provide training in different trades. Across India, there are many ITIs, both governmental and private, that offer vocational training to students.
IT is a vocational training program that focuses on practical and hands-on training in a specific trade or craft. It is generally a 1 or 2-year program and is open to candidates who have completed their 10th grade. ITI graduates are trained to work as technicians or technologists in various industries.
